Job Summary:
The
Customer Operations Manager will be
responsible for all aspects of the
contracted site services and the on-site
Company team. In order to achieve these
objectives, the
Customer Operations Manager will be
expected to maintain a high level of
client contact; develop site personnel,
and maintain a cost effective and
profitable site operation.Job

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Proven leadership experience; 3
years managing 10 or more employees

Management experience in
multi-service environment

Effective customer relationship
building skills

Effective written and verbal
communication skills; proven
analytical skills

Excellent planning, prioritization
and organizational skills

Proven experience in high
volume/fast paced environment

Ability to resolve issues without
management supervision

Proven experience in achieving
financial goals related to revenue
and profitability managing a monthly
revenue of $10K to $50K

Computer proficiency in email
environments, MS Word/Excel or
similar program.
Minimum Education Requirements /
