Strong knowledge of commercial
general liability claims including
products and completed operations
for our small business customers

Knowledge and understanding of legal environment
and litigated claims handling in the surrounding jurisdictions

Collaborative leader who holds
high expectations and can provide
strong direction and coaching to
Company
team leaders and claim professionals
to achieve the right claim outcomes
and engage Company people in building
the best claim department in the
industry

Possesses the right attitude - is

Completion of Claims Leadership
Development or equivalent claims
sponsored program

Ten years of prior claims
experience.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Commercial Liability Claims Manager Job

Bachelors Degree

of, or actively pursuing a major
insurance designation.
