The Commercial Liability Claims Manager will have track record as a proven leader able to collaborate across Company organization, provide direction and coaching to Company team leaders and manage the operations of the center, which is responsible for handling commercial general liability losses in the assigned territory.

Job Description:

The Commercial Liability Claims Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Direct all phases of the Center of Excellence operation within an assigned territory.     

• Strong knowledge of commercial general liability claims including products and completed operations for our small business customers
• Knowledge and understanding of legal environment and litigated claims handling in the surrounding jurisdictions
• Collaborative leader who holds high expectations and can provide strong direction and coaching to Company team leaders and claim professionals to achieve the right claim outcomes and engage Company people in building the best claim department in the industry
• Possesses the right attitude - is optimistic, challenging, courageous and exudes energy
• Owns his or her results and decisions and promote that mentality throughout the department
• Completion of Claims Leadership Development or equivalent claims sponsored program
• Ten years of prior claims experience.
