Clinic Quality & Outcomes Manager will perform

Assume responsibilities and
activities from the Chief Medical
Officer (CMO) as the amount of

becomes available.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

5-10
years in clinical nursing practice

3-5
years in hospital, managed care
organization, or other healthcare
organization in quality, utilization
or equivalent programs

Strong clinical knowledge including
evidence-based standards of care,
quality, performance, or process
improvement
-
Basic
database data entry
-
Spreadsheet and word-processing
capabilities
-
Literature search knowledge
-
Writing, communication and strong
interpersonal skills with all levels
of staff and professionals
-
Management skills such as
consultation, teaching/learning,
problem-solving, and understanding
of quality improvement
-
Ability to work autonomously
-
Sensitivity to confidential member
and physician information
-
Ambulatory practice focus.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Clinic Quality & Outcomes Manager Job

Graduate of an accredited nursing
program
-
Registered Nurse, BSN, MSN
Preferred.
