Clinic Manager Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of staff, patients, and departmental and organizational needs.

Job Description:

The Clinic Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Accountable for day-to-day management of the clinic

  • Serve as a role model for professional excellence in the administration and delivery of patient care

  • Accountable for the age groups (average age group population includes adults and geriatrics) as defined in the scope of care.  

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Clinic Manager Job

  • 5 years experience.

  • Previous nursing management experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, verbal and written skills.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Clinic Manager Job

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, or Healthcare Administration, or equivalent

  • Master's degree preferred

  • Current State Registered Nurse License, if applicable

  • Chemo Certification (within 6 months of hire), if applicable.
