Previous
case/care management or home care
experience preferred

Five
years clinical experience

Expertise
in balancing patient advocacy and
resource allocation, prioritizing
demands of workflow and needs of all
customers

Maintain
current clinical expertise, ethical
decision making, and expertise in a
variety of insurance products and state
and federal guidelines
-
Highly
organized
-
Ability
to make sound decisions under stress

Strong
interpersonal skills
-
Ability
to manage care in the acute, subacute,
long term care, home care and ambulatory
care settings.
