solutions. He/She will be an expert in
Business Intelligence Application
functionality, technology, and
implementation in order to provide their
team with a combination of technical
deliverables, training, and mentoring.

Timely delivery of Business
Intelligence and Business
Intelligence Application solutions -
Working in medium to large project
teams, assisting with the definition
of resources, responsibilities and
project timelines -
Analyzing and designing solutions
for Data Warehousing and Business
Intelligence -
Managing and mentoring Business
Intelligence and Data Warehousing
teams -
Managing the design and extension of
the Business Intelligence
applications -
Managing the design and coding of
Source Dependent Extracts, Source
Independent Loads, and Post Load
Processes from source to target
systems -
Managing the design and
implementation of user defined
Dashboards and Reports -
Managing the validation and
implementation of Business
Intelligence solutions -
Reporting on the technical aspects
of the project status to the Project
Leads, Project Managers and assorted
Stakeholders -
Seeking out and championing new
business and technology initiatives
with Company stakeholders providing
long term value -
Supervising and/or assisting the
continuous enhancement and support
of existing Data Warehousing and
Business Intelligence solutions -
Consistently exceeding customer
service levels.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Business Intelligence Manager Job

3+ years
of consulting experience

5+ years
of experience in a management / lead
role

Excellent
communication skills, both written and
verbal

Experience with Oracle Business
Intelligence

Experience with Oracle Business
Intelligence Applications

Experience with Informatica

Experience with Oracle Warehouse Builder

Experience with Data Discovery Tools

Experience with Data Virtualization

Experience working with Oracle Business
Intelligence architects

Experience with the following business
functions: Contact Centers; Financials;
Human resources; Marketing; Supply Chain
and Order Management; Pricing;
Procurement and Spend; Servicing

Business
Intelligence experience: Business
Objects or Cognos.
