Job Summary:
The
Branch Manager Security
will be responsible for running one of
the Company's branches in the State.Job
Description:
The
Branch Manager Security will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Troubleshoot client issues -
Provide resolutions to all security
guard related problems -
Provide direction to field
supervisors and 24/7 dispatch team -
Write/edit/revise site procedures as
needed and training staff on such
procedures -
Maintain/control company vehicles,
assets, uniforms and operational
office issues -
Review reports, timekeeping records,
and site communications.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Branch Manager Security Job

3-5 years
of supervisory experience in the
security guard business

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft
Office)
-
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
-
Ability
to motivate a team and resolve issues in
a timely manner

Ability
to multitask and work long hours
-
Valid
driver’s license and a clean criminal
background is required as per state
guidelines.
