Branch Manager Security Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager Security will be responsible for running one of the Company's branches in the State.

Job Description:

The Branch Manager Security will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Troubleshoot client issues

  • Provide resolutions to all security guard related problems

  • Provide direction to field supervisors and 24/7 dispatch team

  • Write/edit/revise site procedures as needed and training staff on such procedures

  • Maintain/control company vehicles, assets, uniforms and operational office issues

  • Review reports, timekeeping records, and site communications. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Branch Manager Security Job

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the security guard business

  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to motivate a team and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Ability to multitask and work long hours

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal background is required as per state guidelines.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Branch Manager Security Job

  • High school degree or equivalent-some college preferred.
