The
Branch Manager Personal Training Studio will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Responsible for all levels of
Fitness Consultant hiring,
retention, training and development,
coaching and mentoring -
Responsible for ensuring our clients
are 100% satisfied through
day-to-day feedback and our Client
Fulfillment Evaluation -
Generate new and existing business
to meet monthly, quarterly and
year-end studio budget goals through
prospecting, referral generation,
phone/walk-in conversations,
introductory sessions and
consultations, local studio
marketing, outbound sales calls, and
cross-selling of services -
Responsible for financial management
on a daily basis -
Ensure business metrics are in place
and communication of results to
staff is clear -
Actively participate in Company
strategic planning process
Implement marketing strategies at
the Branch level.

Proven track record: developing,
managing, and teaching a
high-results operational team

Effectively communicate – to staff –

execute the plan

Experience training and coaching
operations staff to improve their
results

Ability to bring your expertise and
techniques with you while adapting
to Company’s unique culture,
markets, people and business
processes

Ability to work collaboratively with
the Company Management Team

Strong leadership and business
management skills
-
3-5
years progressive leadership
experience within an
industry-related field
-
Energetic, enthusiastic, personable
and genuinely customer focused
-
Previous industry-related sales
experience.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For

Bachelor degree in Exercise Sciences
or Business/Marketing Degree with
fitness industry experience.
