Branch Manager - Banking Job Description

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager - Banking will be responsible for ongoing teller operations and customer service activities, coaching assigned staff and conducting annual performance evaluations on a timely basis.

Job Description:

The Branch Manager - Banking will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Provide a wide variety of customer services; account opening and selling of various Bank products and services

  • Provide customers with counsel and advice within scope of authority

  • Troubleshoot and reconcile problems and complaints of customers

  • Participate in the development, implementation and reporting of various sales/marketing product/service campaigns/promotions. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Branch Manager - Banking Job

  • Three to five years of experience in branch and employee management

  • Demonstrated initiative and practical application of exceptional customer service skills

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Branch Manager - Banking Job

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or the equivalent through specialized training.
