The Account Manager - Publisher Network will be responsible for supporting and championing Company publisher network.

Job Description:

The Account Manager - Publisher Network will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Handle day-to-day questions and concerns for publishers through Zendesk service platform

• Work with accounting to manage publisher billing process

• Expand and maintain the content for self-serve help center

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Company's top partner relationships

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to maintain collateral about Company's partnerships. 

• 1-3 years of work or experience in marketing, sales, or business development
• Great written and verbal communication skills; comfort communicating professionally with clients and partners
• Willingness to provide service and assistance above and beyond expectations
• Strong familiarity with Internet and online business models
• Prior account management and customer service experience
• Accounting experience is a plus- must at least be comfortable with numbers.

• Bachelor’s degree.
