Description:
The
Account Manager - In-flight Products will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Place, process and follow-up on
factory and customer purchase orders -
Make
international shipping arrangements,
handle shipping documentation,
import/export documentation, create
customer invoices -
Monitor and track purchase orders
and customer shipments to ensure
timely deliveries -
Investigate and resolve
order-related issues -
File
all purchase order documents -
Collaborate with team members to
maximize sales and revenue growth.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

years relevant experience; willing
to train the right person

Excellent organizational &
analytical skills

Excellent English communication
skills (verbal & written)

Fluency in the Spanish language
(verbal & written)

Proficient with MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook

Reliable transportation

Ability to
use computer keyboard approximately
6+ hrs per day
