Account Manager - In-flight Products Job Description

 

 

 

Job Description:

The Account Manager - In-flight Products will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Place, process and follow-up on factory and customer purchase orders

  • Make international shipping arrangements, handle shipping documentation, import/export documentation, create customer invoices

  • Monitor and track purchase orders and customer shipments to ensure timely deliveries

  • Investigate and resolve order-related issues

  • File all purchase order documents

  • Collaborate with team members to maximize sales and revenue growth. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Account Manager - In-flight Products Job

  • 1-2 years relevant experience; willing to train the right person
  • Excellent organizational & analytical skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Fluency in the Spanish language (verbal & written)
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to use computer keyboard approximately 6+ hrs per day
  • Efficiency, speed, accuracy, confidence, a positive "can do" attitude
  • Ability to meet deadlines and a sense of ownership are all essential in this role
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Team player with superior organizational skills.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Account Manager - In-flight Products Job

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
