The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects around systems and data architecture. He/She will be responsible for multiple projects simultaneously. These will be capital projects involved in updating and consolidating functionality in various systems related to provider demographics.

Job Description:

The IT Project Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Heavily involved with setting up recurring status meetings with the business, fielding questions from the business, as well as handling issues that arise from the business

• Anticipate and act proactively to address potential issues

• Gather and update project materials, complete budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents

• Provide details of the project to both the business and technical teams from beginning to end of all projects

• Obtain maximum value from Information Technology project management services

• Utilize organizational resources appropriately

• Manage key projects to ensure successful completion

• Manage cross-functional interdependencies

• Improve processes to optimize performance and value over time

• Provide risk management and issue/problem resolution as required.   

• 3+ years project management experience
• 3+ years software development life cycle experience
• 5+ years Microsoft applications experience (Ms Project, Ms Word, Ms Excel, etc.)
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Revenue cycle management experience
• Experience leading a team or management role
• ANSI X12 file structure knowledge (837, 835, etc.).

• HS Diploma/GED + 5 years project management experience OR Bachelor's Degree
• PMP or related certification
• Six sigma or related certification.
