The ARM
Business Performance Manager is a member
of the Senior ARM Leadership Team
(SALT), and will support the Senior
Director of ARM and his/her direct
reports in all aspects of the Company
ARM group including administration and
business analysis, strategic planning
and implementation of key initiatives.
He/She will facilitate planning and
meeting of business and scorecard
delivery priorities, and managing
portfolio and service requirements.

The
ARM Business Performance Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Coordinate, manage, and optimize all
operational and planning aspects of
SALT business meetings (onsite and
offsite), including: agenda
development, action item
tracking/trending, meeting minutes,
progress reporting/follow-up, and
subsequent communications
Proactively identify, surface, and
generate resolutions for
organizational, corporate, and
administrative issues
Develop processes and timelines for
managing the flow and content of
information to, and from, the office
of the Sr. Director, his/her direct
reports, and relevant departments
Develop portfolio & resource
scenarios to model evolving and
alternative working processes in
Company ARM
Conduct research, prepare
presentations and talking points for
the SALT on an array of topics and
for a breadth of constituents
Coordinate strategic stakeholder
engagement activities to upper AZ
management and external
constituents, working
cross-functionally to determine
appropriate content and message
Develop and direct effective
communications within and outside
Company ARM in accordance with
agreed communication plan,
interfacing with appropriate
specialists as appropriate
Act
as Secretary for the periodic
Quality Review by SALT, including
collection of metrics, facilitation
of agenda, coordination and
documentation of meeting and follow
up activities
Oversee the Company ARM Business
Planning Lifecycle:
- Facilitate the development,
coordination, prioritization,
communication, and tracking of
Company ARM's short and long-term
business strategies, including
alignment to corporate initiatives
- Interface with SALT to set,
monitor and communicate annual
objectives and ensure regular review
of progress against these
objectives.
- Oversee annual performance
management process to support line
management
- Coordinate and manage all aspects
of the budgeting process, including
interfacing with cost center owners
and Finance on a regular basis for
cost inputs, oversight of Finance
processes (e.g., accruals), and
short/long term forecasting
(including data entry)
Produce business cases for
significant application and business
enhancements (requiring project
resources) and manage staff
augmentation or onboarding of
professional external resources in
collaboration with Company
Purchasing
Establish excellent working
relationships with key stakeholders,
including the other functional
leadership teams, and ARM senior
stakeholders
Act
as the SALT representative and
ambassador to external constituents
as directed
Support and/or lead strategic ARM
initiatives or initiatives in other
groups that require ARM subject
matter expertise
Oversee the deployment and adoption
of Continuous Improvement methods
(including Lean, Six Sigma)
Develop and oversee process for
capturing, cataloging, analyzing and
disseminating key lessons to be
learned from initiatives, with a
view towards helping the SALT
propagate best practices in Company
ARM
Provide oversight and coordination
for ongoing change management
activities in Company ARM in
coordination with relevant staff
Implement and monitor key Company
ARM governance processes, including
business performance planning,
review and reporting
Act
as Data Privacy Officer for Company
ARM.
