Technical Program Manager will perform

Responsible for scoping and
delivering large projects end-to-end

Collect business and systems
requirements from internal and
external customers

Write
specifications, drive project
schedules from design to release

Manage the production launch

Lead
and coordinate design/implementation
efforts between internal teams and
outside merchants and vendors to
develop optimal solutions
-
Make
appropriate tradeoffs to optimize
time-to- market
-
Clearly communicate goals, roles,
responsibilities, and desired
outcomes to internal
cross-functional and remote project
teams
-
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide
escalation management, anticipate
and make tradeoffs, and balance the
business needs versus technical
constraints.

Strong program management background

Demonstrated experience leading
medium to large projects

Well-rounded technical background in
current web technologies

Ability to thrive and succeed in an
entrepreneurial environment, and not
be hindered by ambiguity or multiple
competing priorities

Ability to take large, complex
projects and break them down into
manageable pieces, develop
functional specifications, then
deliver them in a successful and
timely manner

Maturity, high judgment, negotiation
skills

Ability to influence, analytical
talent, and leadership

3-5+
years of Technical Program
Management experience in a related
industry

Experience with web services and
mobile platforms
-
Ability to comfortably and
confidently present to all levels
within the enterprise and to work
with both technical and
non-technical individuals

Essential program management skills
including collecting business and
technical requirements, writing
detailed functional and test
specifications, and coordinating
efforts to scope, schedule, and
deploy new features sets

Proficiency at leveraging precious
resources and a proven ability to
manage multiple, competing
priorities simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to form and
manage cross-organization virtual
teams
-
Experience managing efforts in
Unix/Linux environments, distributed
systems and/or developing large
scale web applications.
