The Supervisor Project Management will collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements for marketing communication projects such as advertising, brochures, tradeshow graphics, interactive/online, etc. for internal and external audiences. He/She will also supervise a team of project managers who coordinate and implement marketing communication projects.

The Supervisor Project Management will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Develop and manage initiatives for internal clients

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects

• Oversee all aspects of projects

• Perform a variety of tasks

• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project

• Familiar with a variety of graphic design concepts, practices, and procedures

• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

• Lead and direct the work of others

• Work with product management, sales and marketing teams to create materials that illustrate complex ideas and processes in coherent and compelling ways

• Stay abreast of changing graphic design trends, seeking and assessing outside services and techniques, to keep Company communications on the leading edge and relevant to its audiences

• Extend Company brands into communication pieces; provide graphical standards, templates and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and awareness

• Manage vendor and service providers to complete marketing communication projects

• Manage agency and client expectations around branding & positioning, product and sales messaging, tactical prioritization, budget and timelines

• Work closely with creative, developers and producers to ensure flawless execution of projects.
