The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing revenue on his/her own territory.

Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Define and execute a territorial sales strategy to meet sales and margin targets for region: develop territory sales plan and prospect new opportunities in target markers to promote full product line

• Manage OEM accounts from sales through receivables as assigned by management

• Complete ownership of regional sales process from tradeshow coverage, lead generation, product positioning, sales opportunity evaluation, customer procurement, to post-sales support

• Attend a variety of sales situations such as customer meetings, trade shows, conferences as required by management

• Work closely with Sales Product Line Manager to ensure customer satisfaction

• Provide management on a timely manner with accurate opportunity and territory forecast based on prospect pipeline and market analysis

• Respond promptly to customer needs and update management on customer service issues to improve service.
