Job Summary:
The
Program Manager - Senior is responsible
for all operational planning and
execution of all Agency-level
transition/migration plans that support
Customers Security Operations Center
(SOC)/Cybersecurity Initiatives. The
Program Manager will manage/coordinate
the day-to-day operational aspects of
ongoing projects and serve as liaison
between Sales, assigned Project Leads,
Service Delivery, Chief Security
Organization (CSO), Enablement and
Service Assurance project teams and the
Agency Program Manager.

government cross functional teams to
support the Agency's transition and
migration into Company Managed
Security Services

Manage Agency project issues and
develop resolutions to meet project
milestones, deadlines and customer
goals or objectives

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Program Manager - Senior Job

Seven
(7) years of project management
and/or technical experience in the
telecommunications field
-
Sales
experience is a plus
-
Experience and understanding of
Firewalls, Penetration Testing,
Anti-Virus Scanning, IPSec (Remote
Access), IDS and Threat management
technologies (Intellitactics and/or
ArcSight)
-
Ability to obtain a National Agency
Check
-
Dynamic, proven program manager
-
Leadership experience with ability
to provide technical supervision to
operational and engineering
personnel
-
Ability to build effective teams
from diverse backgrounds
-
Experience
managing the administrative,
technical, financial and schedule
performance of multi-million dollar
contracts
Telecommunications background and
experience managing technical
programs
Strong MS Office Product experience
to include MS Word, Excel, and MS
Project
Keen
understanding of how to build
Integrated Master Schedules.

college or university
