Job Summary:
The
Portfolio Manager will be primary
liaison between CRS and the Expense
Management Group (EMG) as well as
Company key clients (Consumer, GTS,
etc).

Portfolio Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Drive
Company overall business strategy on
a portfolio level

Responsible for the execution of the
3-year Footprint Rationalization
strategies
-
Partner with the Business, Real
Estate, Project Management and
Finance to develop solutions for
each strategy and effectively
oversee its execution
-
Oversee outsourced property
management and act as Company's
liaison between CRS, business
groups, and outsourced partner
-
Act as
key
coordinator between Business groups
and Project management for
independent projects and real estate
requirements.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Portfolio Manager Job

Proven skills and experience in
communicating with all levels of
management

Ability to communicate complex
information clearly and succinctly

Proven leadership skills and ability
to collaborate with partners
(project management, real estate
managers, finance managers, etc.)

Ability to drive results with a
sensitivity to meeting tight
timelines and cost objectives
-
Experience in real estate and
construction strategies
-
Experience in third party leasing
-
Experience in Space Planning and
Project Management
-
Experience in Archibus/Web Central a
plus
-
Proficient in Excel, Power Point and
SharePoint
-
Strong organizational and
communication skills
-
Self
starter; works with minimal
supervision
-
Five
years experience; knowledge of large
corporate structure a plus.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For Portfolio
Manager

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
industry certification.
