The
Planning Management Analyst is
responsible for the effective delivery
and design of training programs and
materials across the organization by
keeping abreast of various training
delivery techniques, business processes,
products and systems in several
functional areas.

The
Planning Management Analyst will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Identify training needs for
facilitator guides as wells as train
the trainer sessions by gathering
Web-based techniques and interactive
learning strategies
-
Review and analyze training and
documentation requests including but
not limited to analyzing: data,
current process, future process,
audience, needs
-
Present information to support or
refute problem statement
-
Estimate work effort and create
appropriately scoped project plans
for work activities to analyze,
design, develop, deploy, and
evaluate training solutions
-
Maintain project related documents
in a way that can be recreated and
leveraged as necessary.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Planning Management
Analyst Job
-
1 - 3
years Training and Development
experience or equivalent business
partner experience a plus
-
Experience in collecting, analyzing,
and presenting data and
recommendations to management
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite
-
Knowledge of functional policies,
procedures, processes, standards and
/ or legislative issues a plus
-
Experience with process improvement,
workflow, benchmarking and / or
evaluation processes a plus
-
Project management experience
-
High
degree of accuracy
-
Attention to detail, excellent oral
and written communication skills
-
Strong interpersonal skills and the
ability to always meet deadlines.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For Planning
Management Analyst
Job

BA/BS
in Business or specialty of
functional area, or 2 years
experience in an analysis role.
