Job Summary:
The
Operations Manager Reseller Support is
responsible for managing day-to-day operations, which
include all aspects CPFR
(collaboration, planning forecasting &
replenishment), and general account
management.

The
Operations Manager Reseller Support will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Deliver analytics and reporting on
Reseller performance objectives on a
weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad
hoc basis
Develop and maintain
cross-functional partnerships with
other business managers to ensure
customer issues are resolved
Maintain relationships with
worldwide and regional support
organization to leverage best
practices and develop technologies
to drive efficiencies and improve
the customer experience
Effectively manage employees to
optimize performance while
maintaining a positive work
environment
Develop relationships and
engagement of internal customers to
ensure that customer requirements
are considered during the
development and implementation of
strategies and technologies
Deliver input on policies,
programs, staffing organizational
design, strategy, and budget
planning for senior management
Perform all personnel management
activities for staff including
recruitment, training, performance
evaluation and salary management,
and professional development through
job assignment and training
Develop and maintain business plan
and budget
Manage a staff of Reseller Account
Managers in the response and
resolution of operational, sales and
customer issues to ensure a positive
customer experience.

Advanced/strong
Excel/Spreadsheet skills

7-10 years of demonstrated
work experience in supply
chain/customer account management

Leadership and ability to guide
cross-functional and matrix teams

Good knowledge of supply chain
principles to include logistics, CPFR (collaboration, planning
forecasting & replenishment)

Strong understanding of cost and
financial accounting principles
-
Ability to analyze and interpret
complex business data (power excel
user a plus)

Ability to work independently and
self motivated
-
Demonstrated strong verbal and
written communication skills
-
Passionate about day-to-day
interfacing with internal and
external customers at all levels.
