Marketing Portfolio & Projects Manager Job Description

 

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Marketing Portfolio & Projects Manager is responsible for delivering upcoming portfolio and market delivery conversion projects and ensuring the implementation of major change programs.

Job Description:

The Marketing Portfolio & Projects Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Portfolio divestments/Projects reorganization

  • Contribute to Special Project business model deployment in targeted geographies

  • Lead marketing transformation journey during Project conversions, resolve conflicts and remove barriers to successful conversion. Support defining go-forward portfolio and pricing

  • Play a crucial role during conversion, focus on stakeholder management and relationship building with external partners. High engagement with PMO team to guarantee expectations of all stakeholders is managed and smooth Go live process secured

  • Assist in the design and delivery of training to new Projects on CVP, Sectors, Products and Marketing tools

  • Play a lead role in Project stabilization post go-live and ensure Customer focus during transition

  • Act as owner of Distributor Value Proposition and Offer book and ensure end-to-end implementation meets expectations

  • Drive process and manage implementation of major product portfolio changes

  • Ensure portfolio design, individual project and implementation plans are in place. Work across multi-functional teams in multiple geographies to ensure alignment

  • Manage delivery of training programs during project (Project planning, CVP Training, Marketing proposition, Customer conversions, Marketing communication, Product training)

  • Work closely with global project management and supply chain stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project

  • Support implementation of change programs such as streamline projects and plant rationalizations etc.

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Marketing Portfolio & Projects Manager Job

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing/ Sales and Project Management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, transformational change
  • Demonstrated Leadership capabilities
  • Experience in working in multi-cultural and virtual teams
  • Cluster or Regional experience
  • Strong business sense with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Team Player with the ability to work on there own initiative.
