The
Manager Marketing - Sports Facility is
responsible for developing and executing
all marketing events for Company Sales
department.
Job
Description:
The
Manager Marketing - Sports Facility will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Develop
and execute strategic marketing plans,
incorporating target audience and
psychographics of Group Sales customers,
while initiating strategies based on
trend analysis and past buyer
characteristics
-
Responsible for day to day execution of
marketing plan, including developing
creative agency relationships, and
timely execution and performance against
plan
-
Work with
marketing leaders of each property to
identify trends, opportunities and/or
issues
-
Partner
with Group Sales staff in order to
provide marketing and sales materials
needed for a variety of initiatives
-
Respond
and react to feedback from all
constituents, as well as marketing plan
performance
-
Partner
with marketing leaders to identify new
business prospects and develop creative
marketing tools and packages.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Manager Marketing - Sports
Facility Job
-
Minimum of four years of
results-oriented sports or live
marketing experience
-
Strong
financial aptitude, and strong
understanding of P & L statements,
ticket sales analyses, research
processes, and demographics
Strong knowledge of City marketplace
in media, promotions, and tourism
Understanding of integrated
marketing across multiple
disciplines such as media buying,
promotions, group sales, and
publicity
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Ability to multitask, negotiate and
solve problems in a highly urgent
environment
Experience managing outside
agencies, negotiating third party
promotions and developing creative
briefs and advertising materials.
