Job Summary:
The
Manager - Digital Content Management is
responsible for leading the teams
responsible for the fulfillment of
digital content data management for the
Company website. He/She will create and implement
processes that optimize the efficiency
of the digital content data management
for both ecommerce and store products on
Company website. The Digital Content
Manager will coordinate with all
internal and external vendors to meet
the deadlines, budget and strategic
objectives of the Digital Content team
and the Company website.
He/She will manage, execute and impact product
display, maintenance and cross selling
in Company website to support a
Multi-Channel business environment.

Description:
The
Manager - Digital Content Management will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Manage the execution of complex
special programs that typically involve
business to business customers and
internal functions
-
Create and implement processes
to optimize the efficiency of product
data collection
-
Enroll internal
functions and external partners in the
development of work flow procedures and
the ongoing monitoring and improvement
of those procedures
-
Collaborate with internal
(marketing, merchandising, IT) and
external (agencies, 3rd party vendors)
Big Hammer, Escalate, Commerce Hub,
Merchandise Suppliers) customers to
develop processes and programs to drive
timely execution of product data
collection for Company website; utilize
workload management to communicate with
the merchants

Responsible for external resource
management

Manage outside vendors to
ensure execution of programs and tactics
on time and within budget

Manage
projects and the allotment of money to
meet budgetary and segment goals
-
Coordinate and lead all internal
functions in the execution of promotions
and data collection on Company website

Trouble shoot and problem solve
for ongoing operational needs as they
arise.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /

Management Job

years of relevant experience

Managing rebates
-
Understanding of basic corporate
financial practices

Experience in Vendor Management,
Marketing, Ecommerce, and Merchandising

Well-developed presentation skills
(oral and written) computer skills
required, specifically PowerPoint, Word
and Excel

Ability to maintain composure and
productivity in a dynamic environment
-
Ability to approach problems
systematically, researching all
alternatives and making appropriate
recommendations

Ability to be deadline oriented with
long and short-term projects.
