Job Summary:
The
Industrial Engineering Management
Trainee position is to provide an
entry-level position in the Industrial
Engineering Department for qualified
engineering applicants, and provide the
appropriate skills and experience to
become a successful supervisor.
Evaluation
Periodic progress reviews between the
trainee and I.E. Manager will be
scheduled and held to ensure the trainee
is developing and demonstrating skills
in methods, measurement, planning and
operations follow-up
In
addition to formal reviews, the I.E.
Manager will periodically review work
assignments (completed and planned) with
the individual and their immediate
supervisor or manager
The
duration of the trainee position is two
years. At the end of that period an
offer may be extended for a regular
management position.

Job

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited
college or university in: Industrial
Engineering, Computer Science,
Operations Management or Other related
engineering field.
