The
Clinical Resource Management Director will be
responsible for strategic planning,
development and implementation of the
system-wide priorities and building
strategic partnerships to improve
quality, safety and resource utilization
across the Company acute care
affiliates.

The
Clinical Resource Management Director will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Responsible for the development and
enhancement of systems and
functional guidance of affiliates
for consistent and efficient
operations as they relate to
utilization of health care
resources, continuity of care and
clinical outcomes
-
Responsible for influencing change
and garnering affiliate adoption of
standard data systems, consistent
practices and processes as well as
coordination of outcomes reporting
for Quality, Risk and Case
Management functions to achieve
demonstrable quality and
affordability outcomes
-
Act
as system support liaison to
system-wide Quality, Risk and
Case/Utilization Management
Committees throughout the system as
well as the Company Medical Network
Utilization Committee.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Clinical Resource Management
Director Job

years experience in Hospital
management, preferably with Quality,
Risk, Case/ Utilization Management
responsibility

Demonstrated ability to develop and
implement efficient and effective
systems, teams and processes
-
Effective communications and
negotiations with senior
administrative and/or clinical
leaders with demonstrated capacity
to influence change
-
Proven track record project
management or on-time and on-budget
completion of multi-disciplinary
projects
-

years experience with the MIDAS Care
Management system for Quality, Risk
and Case/Utilization Management
-
Knowledge of state and federal
regulations
-
Understand business planning
including analysis, statistics,
budgeting, feasibility studies and
implementation
-
Demonstrated ability to plan, set
and accomplish multiple objectives
-
Attention to detail, exhibit
self-direction, high degree of
independence, judgment and
discretion
-
Ability to
teach
Effective oral and written
communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work
effectively with others as a team
member and the leadership skills to
implement and execute a system-wide
strategies
Ability to plan, lead, organize,

Ability
to prioritize, make decisions and
set clear expectations for others
Excellent
negotiation skills
Advanced skills and understanding of
computer technology, specifically
with ACS/MIDAS Data Vision and Care
Manager products.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Clinical Resource Management Director
Job

Masters degree in hospital
administration or related fields; or
equivalent combination of education
and experience.
