Job Summary:
The
Business Development Manager will be responsible for
meeting and exceeding monthly sales
quota objectives by acquiring the
accounts of mid-sized businesses within
assigned geographic territory. He/She
will sell products and services to gain
new business through prospecting,
cold-calling, networking and generating
leads and referrals.

Analyze customer needs and utilize
solution-based selling techniques to
demonstrate the value of Company
products and services

Recommend wireless solutions with
regard to price plans, data and
other enhanced services, handsets
and accessories to negotiate and
close business

Generate leads and referrals through
prospecting, cold calling and
networking

Identify customer needs and utilize
solution-based selling techniques to
fully demonstrate the value of
Company products and services

Recommend wireless solutions with
regard to price plans, data and
other enhanced services, handsets
and accessories

Negotiate and close deals

Continuously update knowledge of
products, services, industry trends
and the competitive dynamics of the
marketplace

Participate in training
opportunities on products and
services and attend sales meetings.
Increase presence in the community
and promote Company presence in the
community

Provide training for new customers,
handle equipment issues, enable a
smooth transition to the Support
team and reduce Churn
-
Fully
utilize all sales force automation,
funnel management and prospecting
tools
-
Manage sales funnel and generate
reporting on sales activities and
forecasting.

demonstrated history of sales
achievements in a commissioned
environment

Cold calling Experience

Ability to absorb large amounts of
technical knowledge

Strong listening, communication and
time management skills

Proven track record of success in a
commissioned environment.
