Maintenance Technician - Hospital will perform

Maintenance Technician - Hospital will
perform demand and scheduled preventive
maintenance of mechanical, electrical,
plumbing, patient equipment and also
wall maintenance.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Maintenance Technician -
Hospital Job

The
Maintenance Technician - Hospital should
have knowledge of maintenance equipment
and general maintenance techniques
He/She
should have the ability to use
maintenance equipment, including hand
held power tools and computers for work
order management
The
Maintenance Technician - Hospital should
have the
ability
to communicate effectively, both orally
and in writing and follow verbal and
written instructions
Hospital
experience preferred.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Maintenance Technician - Hospital Job

High
school diploma or equivalent and a
minimum one (1) year experience with
mechanical, electrical and general
maintenance and repair
-
An
additional two (2) years related work
experience may be used in lieu of high
school requirement.
