Job
Description:
The
Maintenance Technician III will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
The
Maintenance Technician III will perform
HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, water, air,
steam, and/or other production equipment
tasks including repair and/or
replacement
-
Troubleshoot and maintenance of building
utilities
-
Maintain
and repairs equipment used in a GMP
operations
-
The
Maintenance Technician III will perform
HVAC tasks including maintenance of
filters, belts, pulleys and
troubleshooting control systems
He/She
will perform general preventative
maintenance and repair on all types of
refrigeration and heating equipment
Operate
automated control systems including
diagnostic, temperature control and
resolving related maintenance
requirements
The
Maintenance Technician III will
install,
maintain, and repair series and multiple
lighting systems
Perform
general diagnosis and repair of
equipment including but not limited to
GMP sterilizer and glass washer
The
Maintenance Technician III will
identify
and record all preventative maintenance
requirements and document all actions in
accordance with company Sop's and policy
Ensure
all equipment and functions comply with
safety requirements
Comply
with all safety rules and practices
The
Maintenance Technician III
will on
call rotation schedule to respond to
emergency calls after normal working
hours
He/She
will
perform
more complicated and/or time-consuming
maintenance tasks
Make
recommendations to the Facilities
Manager regarding needed repairs
He/She
will interpret and understand blue
prints and wiring diagrams
The
Maintenance Technician III will be
responsible for maintaining a
consistent, regular attendance record
He/She
will manage projects
from
scheduling to startup and finish tasks
Assist in
general facilities upkeep
The
Maintenance Technician III will perform
other
duties as directed by management
He/She
will oversee nightly cleaning crew of
classified and unclassified areas.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Maintenance Technician III Job
-
The
Maintenance Technician III must be at
least 18 years of age
-
He/She
must be able to follow directions
-
He/She
should have basic understanding of HVAC
and refrigeration, electrical wiring and
plumbing
-
He/She
should have
basic
understanding of portable power tools
-
The
Maintenance Technician III should have
the
ability
to read and understand Asbuilts and
Submittals
-
He/She
should have
background in Maintenance or
construction
-
The
Maintenance Technician III
must
possess reasonable ability to
communicate in English.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Maintenance Technician III Job

School diploma or G.E.D.
