Job Summary:
The
Maintenance Team Member will be responsible for
maintaining all facility and parking lot
areas to ensure a clean and safe work
environment for both Team Members and
vendors. He/She will perform various
daily/weekly cleaning tasks, minor
repairs and projects. Job
Description:
The
Maintenance Team Member will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
He/She will
accept
and process product from the facility
receiver
Follow
established hazardous material safety
procedures
The
Maintenance Team Member will
keep
floor clear of any dry or liquid debris
Empty
trash containers and replace liners
Keep
accurate sweep logs
Use
appropriate protective equipment
The
Maintenance Team Member will
maintain
back stock areas and coolers
Dust
fixtures, shelves and product
Clean
windows and mirrored surfaces
The
Maintenance Team Member will
support
all teams with cleaning projects
Keep
department supplies filled and
maintained
Keep all
supply shelves clean and stocked
The
Maintenance Team Member will
practice
safe use of tools and equipment required
by position
Practice
proper case and maintenance of equipment
Know and
practice proper lifting techniques
The
Maintenance Team Member
report
safety violations and hazards
immediately
Participate in ordering supplies needed
for store maintenance
Help with
any cleaning emergencies that occur in
the facility
He/She
will
help
maintain the facility's landscaping and
parking lot
The
Maintenance Team Member will
clean
facility continuously
Comply
with all state and federal health and
safety codes
The
Maintenance Team Member will
perform
other duties, as assigned by facility
leadership.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Maintenance Team Member Job

The
Maintenance Team Member should have
experience cleaning in the warehouse
industry

He/She should have
knowledge
and experience performing basic
maintenance

Possess
knowledge
of state and federal safety codes

Maintenance Team Member should be
able to
work well without direct supervision

ability
to operate all necessary equipment

Ability
to perform all physical requirements of
