The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor will perform detailed work
order plans including resources, known
materials, equipment, specialty
contractors and HSSE requirements.Job

The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor will create and publish
efficient and workable daily schedules
for all site maintenance resources
including support crafts and equipment

Provide
yearly reactive and PM work schedules

Create
job packets, including all relevant
information, for job plans

The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor will develop and implement
self improvement plans
-
Perform
accurate
cost estimates on work plans
He/She
will provide
leadership development training
The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor will provide
robust
Individual Development Plan for self
development
He/She
will
coach
other Maintenance Execution Process
performers on requirements and handoffs
He/She
will perform
training
of others for succession planning
The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor will
model and
coach proper behavior in Safety,
Environmental and Core Values
Plan all
maintenance related work orders
Order all
known material for maintenance
activities
Create
work orders in SAP
The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor will ensure,
with Maintenance and Production, the
plans and schedules for maintenance of
equipment are understood, workable and
adhered
Facilitate the development, competencies
and improvement of refinery personnel in
the Maintenance Execution work process
He/She
will facilitate
communication and alignment improvements
between all stakeholders
The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor will
seek
opportunities and is fully engaged in
improving efficiencies of the
maintenance processes
The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor will be
fully
engaged in waste elimination, continuous
improvement and team building processes.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Maintenance Planning and
Scheduling Supervisor Job
-
The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor should have Minimum three (3)
years experience in overseeing
maintenance planning and scheduling
-
He/She should
direct
experience in maintenance work with
emphasis on maintenance planning and
scheduling and improvement strategies
related to those activities
-
Proven
supervisory experience
-
The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor should be
fully
proficient in Maintenance Execution
-
The
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Supervisor should have
proven
experience with Primavera P6 software,
Microsoft Projects, SAP and other
industry standard planning and
scheduling programs
-
He/She
should possess
strong communication and interpersonal
skills.
