Job Summary:
The
Maintenance Leader, reporting to the
engineering Manager, will be responsible
for organizing; directing and
controlling the day activities of
subordinated Shift leader(s) /
technician(s) / mechanics (s) in the
set-up, change over, preventive
maintenance, work orders, spare parts
control and troubleshooting of all
manufacturing related equipment, and
packing lines. Job

Maintenance Leader will perform

The
Maintenance Leader is responsible for
Plant Maintenance Facilitator and the
plant maintenance support group

Support
the installation and qualification of
all products and processes transfers
to/out of the plant

The
Maintenance Leader will direct
supervision of manufacturing maintenance
shift leaders, technician(s) /
mechanics, and spare part room
-
Direct
supervision of Plant Maintenance
Facilitator and plant maintenance group
-
Perform
functional supervision of the
calibration area, including day to day
operations..
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Maintenance Leader Job
-
The
Maintenance Engineer will have five to
eight years experience in
pharmaceutical, manufacturing or related
field
He/She will have
minimum
of five-year supervisor experience
Fully
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Maintenance Leader Job

Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
