The Maintenance - Facility’s Systems & Equipment will be responsible for assisting in installation, alterations / modifications, and maintenance of facility’s systems and equipment.  

Job Description:

The Maintenance - Facility’s Systems & Equipment will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Provide maintenance support for second shift operations, including but not limited to repairs and PM’s for dock equipment, forklift, conveyors, and other duties necessary to support Organization operations

• Carry out specific assignments as directed by the Maintenance Work Order system and supervisor’s instructions

• Install new equipment or work with outside vendors on installation

• Make required alterations / modifications to equipment and systems

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on systems, machinery and equipment

• Perform trouble shooting of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and hydraulic systems

• Assist in establishing and maintaining maintenance standards and procedures

• Perform maintenance projects as assigned

• Work in safe and healthy manner, strictly following all safety rules and regulations

• Maintain a neat, clean, orderly work area in compliance with 5-Pillar Standards

• Complete company provided training

• Participate in PCI process

• Perform special projects as assigned.    

• 1-2 years previous maintenance experience required for entry level positions
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Welding experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as required; “on-call” duty may be required over holidays and weekends
• Ability to work well with little supervision

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical degree such as electrical or mechanical maintenance strongly preferred.
