Job Summary:
The
Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing
Plant will be responsible
for providing general engineering
support for plant assets at the Company
Manufacturing Complex.Job
Description:
The
Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing
Plant will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing
Plant will provide day to day hard-side
engineering support to Production Team
-
Provide
the first level engineering support for
equipment issues including basic
Rotating, Electrical, PEI and Control
Systems and work with Production,
Maintenance and Discipline Engineering
for more complex/major activities
-
He/She
will be responsible for providing
technically sound engineered solutions &
packages for threats within assigned
area (i.e. threat and bad actor
resolution). In many cases, these
solutions and packages will include MOC
documentation (P&ID’s, piping
isometrics, SHA’s, engineering
calculations, etc.)

The
Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing
Plant will
play key
role in Production Team delivering on 6
M priorities – Safety, Environmental,
Reliability, Cost, Product Quality, and
Margin
Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing
Plant will
identify
low cost solutions via thorough
alternative analyses
He/She
will provide engineering technical
assistance to the Maintenance
Organization (Maintenance Supervisors
and Planner/Schedulers) as required,
i.e. assisting Maintenance Planners with
the interpretation of PIPS, EGGS, DEPS
or other engineering guidelines
Provide
engineering technical assistance and
scope development services for Major
Maintenance activities (i.e.
infrastructure, Bundle replacements,
T/A’s, etc.). This also includes
development of Contract Review Board
submittals necessary to complete this
work
Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing
Plant will
provide
technical field support to on-going
maintenance activities
Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing
Plant will
support
incident investigations by utilizing
causal learning and solution development
techniques
He/She
may be
called upon to lead or serve on special
investigation teams.

Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing
Plant should have three (3) years of
Manufacturing Experience
(Instrumentation, Electrical, Rotating,
Mechanical)

He/She should
demonstrate skills in option analysis
and scope management
-
Possess
strong
background and experience in Project
Management
-
Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing
Plant
must have successful troubleshooting and
analytical skills experience
-
Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing
Plant
must have proven ability to work
multi-discipline technical issues
-
He/She
should have
proven
ability to manage and prioritize work
list and keep multiple items moving
simultaneously
-
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
– able to work with people at all levels
at the site

Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing
Plant
must have excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
