Job Summary:
The
Local Manager-Installation & Maintenance will be
responsible for supervising Field
technicians in the Installation &
Maintenance field function. Job
Description:
The
Local Manager-Installation & Maintenance will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Responsible for conducting file
inspections, quality reviews, safety
observations and daily field visits to
identify and remove roadblocks
-
Track and
analyze performance, productivity;
quality and customer contact results and
implement action plans with regards to
improvement in each category
-
Accountable for all aspects of training
and development and compliance to
corporate safety policies, in addition
to highly specialized equipment.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Local Manager-Installation &
Maintenance Job

2 years
experience field operations
(Installation & Maintenance, Splice or
Line)
-
Strong
Communication and negotiation skills
-
Experience in reading and interpreting
construction prints
-
Previous
experience supervising employees
-
Superior
communication skills, be well organized
and be able to motivate employees to
exceed service objectives
-
Strong PC
skills: Excel, Lotus, Outlook, MS Word
-
Knowledge
of attendance tracking system
-
Ability
to perform weekend duty, on call and
extended hours as required
-
Willingness
and ability to work holidays and
weekends as needed.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Local Manager-Installation & Maintenance Job

Bachelor's degree in related field
and/or equivalent work experience (First
consideration will be given to those
candidates who hold a degree)
-
Certified
in Pole Climbing.
