Job Summary:
The
Hotel Maintenance Engineer will be responsible
for performing general maintenance work
to ensure hotel maintenance quality and
safety standards are achieved and
maintained. Job
Description:
The
Hotel Maintenance Engineer will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
He/She will
complete maintenance request work
orders from all departments in a timely
basis
Perform preventative maintenance
assignments on a scheduled basis
The Hotel
Maintenance Engineer will
ensure that equipment is working
properly
The Hotel
Maintenance Engineer will
complete other special projects as
assigned by the Engineering Supervisor.

Maintenance Engineer should have previous hotel experience

He/She should be

organization skills to
manage several tasks at once

basic knowledge of painting, drywall,
HVAC, and plumbing

The Hotel
Maintenance Engineer should have
general knowledge of machines and
basic hand and power tools

Maintenance Engineer should be able to
work in a fast-paced
environment

should have the
ability to perform job functions with
attention to detail, speed and accuracy

stand, walk and move around
during entire shift

Must be able to lift, push, and pull
items that weigh up to 100 pounds

basic ability to comprehend English
language sufficient to understand
information such as labels and
instructions, receive job assignments

completion of assignment, and basic
guest requests

work a varied schedule that
may include evenings, nights, and
weekends.
