Job Summary:
The
General Maintenance Mechanic will be
responsible for performing a variety of
duties in and around the building of the
Organization complex to assist the
tradesmen in completing their tasks.Job
Description:
The
General Maintenance Mechanic will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Assist
with repairing and replacing drains,
fixtures, rodding, cleaning, etc. as
assigned -
Assist
with the installation and repair of such
items as doors, screens, etc. as needed -
Administer to general repairs i.e.
plunging toilets and drains, greases fan
motors -
Complete
preventative maintenance task on time.

Previous
experience preferred -
Basic
familiarity with computers -
Ability
to navigate at a basic level within
web-based applications -
Ability
to communicate clearly and effectively

procedures with the ability to use them
in routine situations
