Assembly Maintenance Technician Job Description

 

 

 

Job Description:

The Assembly Maintenance Technician will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Ensure manufacturing equipment is producing product in accordance to approved standards

  • Maintain all production and support equipment to assure high efficiency and zero defects. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Assembly Maintenance Technician Job

  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Basic PLC knowledge
  • Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Ability to read blueprint/schematics and electrical / mechanical drawings
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.  

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Assembly Maintenance Technician Job

  • AAS Degree or completion of DOL apprenticeship program preferred.
