Job Summary:
The
Senior Supervisor Human Resources (HR)
will, under minimal direction, and in
accordance with Corporate and Group
policies and procedures, support the
administration of human resource
activities.
Job
Description:
The
Senior Supervisor Human Resources (HR) will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Support
positive employee relations and
engagement -
Communicate with all employees at all
levels of organization -
Resolve
employee issues and concerns quickly and
professionally -
Recruit
for open positions following established
process -
Maintain
required documentation including
affirmative action, FMLA, attendance,
vacation, etc. -
Assist
with orientation of new hires. -
Prepare
required documents -
Create
and maintain employee personnel records -
Maintain
CHESS reporting system for safety, as
needed -
Support
the administration of employee handbook -
Assist
with plant compliance with Federal and
State employment and Labor Laws -
Provide
training and support for e-tools
including performance management and
survey action planning -
Direct
the efforts of outside vendors -
Explain/interpret information to all
levels of management -
Direct
the work of support staff on projects -
Formulate
human resources projects -
May
influence and make recommendations to
management -
May
direct the work of others -
Perform
related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

years experience in human resources.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Senior Supervisor Human Resources (HR) Job
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
or related field required.
