Services/Customer Service organizations.

Senior Manager Human Resources will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Act as a
key advisor to line management on
organizational and human resources
matters -
Ensure
effective communication of human
resource practices, processes, and
programs to management and employees -
Ensure
policies, practices and programs are
administered in a fair and consistent
manner -
Recruit
for assigned requisitions and coordinate
with staff recruiter on business unit
staffing needs -
Implement
employee relations strategies to foster
a positive employee / employer
relationship and promote high level of
employee morale, productivity and
engagement -
Coach
managers to improve performance -
Identify
management and employee training and
development program opportunities that
address business plan needs and
recommend implementation of appropriate
options -
Deliver
training programs as required.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

years of HR generalist experience

Software industry experience
preferred

Proven ability to recruit key
management and staff

Ability to act in a fast-paced

Ability to travel approximately
10%-20%.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Senior Manager Human Resources Job
Bachelors degree
MBA or other related Master's degree
a plus.
