Senior Human Resources Generalist (HRG) will be
responsible for driving organizational
effectiveness, leading change, managing
talent, acting as a coach & confidant,
demonstrating functional excellence, and
building relationships and brokering
services.

The
Senior Human Resources Generalist (HRG) will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Support organizational growth,
particularly development of sales and
marketing organizations as they expand
into in emerging regions -
Facilitate the active assessment and
management of client groups' talent on a
regular basis through performance
reviews and talent planning cycles -
Support organization development
initiatives -
Manage critical projects that span the UOP business that involve analyzing
organizational data and making
recommendations on how to present it to
the executive team -
Prepare analyses to manage headcount
for the executive team in partnership
with the HR Directors -
Establish and build relationships with
key clients, acting as a coach and
confidant -
Assist with HR strategies to support
Annual Operating Plans and Strategic
5-year business plans -
Increase business awareness of and
accountability for headcount cost
targets and savings -
Use core HR systems, functional
knowledge, analytics, and appropriately
apply HR policies, laws, and regulations -
Build collaborative relationships
among the broader HR community to
effectively support global client groups -
Engage in and drive core HR Process
Cycles (performance reviews, global
talent planning, compensation planning
and employee relations).
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Senior Human Resources

2 years experience in
human resources
-
Advanced Excel skills with
experience in generating and
interpret pivot tables, graphs and
V-lookups
-
Experience facilitating the active
assessment and management of client
groups' talent on a regular basis
through performance reviews and
talent planning cycles
-
Experience supporting sales and
marketing organization development
initiatives
-
Project Management experience
-
Experience working within a matrixed HR environment
-
Experience working with global
business partners
-
Experience in driving core HR
Process Cycles including talent
reviews, global compensation,
performance reviews, compensation
planning and employee relations
-
Understanding of the importance of HR data
quality
-
Knowledge of HR data standards, and
ability to enforce standards in day-to-day
activities.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For Senior
Human Resources Generalist (HRG) Job
B.S. degree in Business, Human
Resources, or a related field or
equivalent
Advanced degree (MBA or MA) in
Human Resources or Labor Relations.
