Job Summary:
The
Senior Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will be
responsible for performing full range of
Human Resource duties for approximately
500+ union, non union and salaried
employees. He/She will handle day-to-day
HR responsibilities as well as partner
with senior management in the
implementation of plans and programs to
ensure the effective utilization of
human resources.

Description:
The
Senior Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Ensure
compliance with all applicable local,
state and federal employment law -
Abide by
and ensure adherence to established
policies, procedures and regulations of
the client contract -
Advise
management personnel and employees on
the interpretation of company human
resource polices, programs and
procedures and monitor compliance -
Provide
advice to supervisors and managers on
methods and approaches to resolve
employee work problems -
Prepare
disciplinary documents -
Assist
and coordinate formal complaints and
internal investigations with Regional HR
Manager -
Manage
the recruitment selection process -
Conduct
new employee orientation and employee
out processing -
Perform
administration of all HR applicable
paperwork
Work with
union members / officials and company
management to resolve issues
Manage
employee grievances, disciplinary
issues, conflict resolution and
employment terminations.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

years Human Resources Employee
Relations Experience

Demonstrated communication skills,
both verbal and written

Experience of advising on
complicated Employee Relation issues

Labor
Relations/Union experience.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Senior Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Job
Bachelor's degree
Masters degree preferred
Certification:
PHR or SPHR.
