Job Summary:
The
Regional Human Resources Manager will
be responsible for supporting the HR
generalist functions of multiple
geographic locations across several
Emerging Businesses.
Job
Description:
The
Regional Human Resources Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Responsible for consulting with
regional management on performance
management , workforce planning,
succession planning, development
programs, goal and compensation plan
alignment, and employment practices
issues -
Lead
change and manage the rollout of new
HR initiatives -
Facilitate team and organizational
effectiveness -
Responsible for
acquisitions
Ensure compliance with HR policies
for the region
Responsible for providing guidance
to locations in related areas of HR
Support, to include FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative
Action, Workers' Compensation,
Unemployment and OSHA requirements
Independently manage the HR function
at one specific location, to
include: turnover, recruiting (for
Sales, Management, Office,
Production and Route Driver
positions), payroll and benefits
administration, and driving positive
employee relations.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Valid
driver's license
-
Willingness to travel 50% in a
limited geographic area
-
4-6
years of solid progressive HR
management
-
Experience in the following HR
responsibilities: Payroll, Benefits,
Compensation, General and College
Recruiting, Training, Orientation,
Employee Relations, Safety, Legal &
Acquisitions/Mergers
-
Prior
experience in an industrial/service
environment, preferred.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For

Bachelors degree in business or HR
management or equivalent work
experience.
