Job Summary:
The
Part Time Human Resources Representative
will be responsible for providing a
comprehensive range of support and
coordination for the Human Resources
Department. He/She will maintain the
Company HR functions including exempt
and non-exempt recruiting, maintenance
of the HRIS System, HR Filing and
documentation and recordkeeping
requirements.

Description:
The
Part Time Human Resources Representative will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Maintain
Human Resource records, information,
reports and data in a confidential
manner -
Ensure
prompt and accurate filing of all
personnel paperwork -
Prepare
Interview, background check, offer and
orientation packages -
Track and
generate reports -
Initiate
and manage special projects as assigned -
Initiate,
enter and update employee information
into HRIS Systems in a timely, efficient
and accurate manner -
Maintain
required tracking in multiple areas if
required -
Coordinate reporting of work-related
incidents with Supervisory staff and
ensure receipt within 24 hours to HR
Director and corporate Loss Control -
Respond
to employee information requests from
internal and external customers in
accordance with all confidentiality
policies and practices -
Work
collaboratively with Payroll department
to assist in correcting HRIS issues -
Assist
employees with benefit information and
resources -
Assist
with employee self-service system -
Assist
with the Performance Evaluation process -
Ensure
new employees’ files are in compliance
with legal and JCAHO standards -
Respond
to staff requests regarding forms,
policies and procedures, or questions
with advisement from the HR Director -
Coordinate facility recruitment and
hiring in accordance with current
vacancies, available FTE’s and projected
staffing needs -
Post open
positions on a monthly basis, following
up with hiring managers regarding
unfilled positions to ensure timely
response to applicants -
Utilize
various recruitment methods and
resources including ATS cross posting,
internet recruiting, composing
appropriate medium advertisements and
placements in accordance with department
budget requirements -
Finalize
recruitment process with new hire
attendance in Company orientation and
completion of all new hire paperwork.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Representative Job

Five
years’ experience in Human Resources
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
programs and other office equipment
-
HRIS
system experience required, Lawson
experience preferred
-
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
-
Diplomacy and discretion are
essential, as well as excellent
organizational skills and the
ability to prioritize multiple
projects
-
Professional, customer service
orientated demeanor and interactions
-
Ability to adhere to confidentiality
guidelines
-
Knowledge of HR process, forms, and
location of materials and contact
information.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Part Time Human Resources Representative Job
Bachelor’s Degree in Human
Resources, or related field with
required experience.
