Human Resources department.

The
Part Time Human Resources Generalist will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Maintain
files, records and databases -
Process
various personnel-related forms -
Provide
information and answer inquires for
employees -
Ensure
paperwork and changes are in compliance
with company policy, including benefits,
safety program and general personnel
changes -
Assist in
coordinating interviews, prescreening
applicants, sending out recruiting
packages and other recruiting activities -
Compile
new employee orientation files, and
perform new employee orientations -
Prepare
exit interview documentation -
Process
benefit changes in accordance with law
and company policy -
Act as a
liaison between employees and payroll -
Provide
administrative support to other
functional departments as needed.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Proficiency using Microsoft Word,
Access, Excel

Ability to handle sensitive
information and maintain a high
level of confidentiality

Excellent interpersonal skills
required to professionally and

Strong work ethic, good
organizational abilities and
excellent communication skills

3-5
years
HR
experience and ability to work 20
hours per week.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
