Job Summary:
The
Manager Assistant - Human Resources will be
responsible for supporting the HR annual
processes for the Technologies
organization including Talent Assessment
(B40 & B45+), Employee Scorecard and
Technology Incentive Award (TIA) System
(B30 and below year-end process),
Headcount Tracking, Reward Blue
reporting and Employee Pulse
Coordination.
Job
Description:
The
Manager Assistant - Human Resources will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Track and
report on HR metrics (attrition, talent
movement, open positions, etc.) -
Work
closely with multiple HR groups and RLs
to deliver best in class analytics and
process execution in support of the
overall Company Human Resources
priorities -
Partner
closely with Company communications
including developing and executing on
the Company HR Calendar -
Support
the execution of Company human capital
plan by working closely with the global
HR team. This includes communication to
and partnering with the team to deliver
on key HR processes globally (including
performance management, talent
assessment and employee engagement) -
Own the
coordination of multiple strategic
projects -
Manage
the Technology Incentive Award including
partnering with ACS to conduct analysis
of the TIA system -
Manage
and coordinate multiple project work
streams across various disciplines /
stakeholders, including tracking key
activities and milestones, managing
deliverables to deadlines, integrating
activities across work streams, and
surfacing project risks and concerns as
appropriate -
Provide
ad-hoc analysis as necessary e.g. Fed
reporting, IT Steering Reporting, AAP
etc.

Consulting and/or strategic HR
experience (3-5 years)

Deep
project management expertise and a
demonstrated ability to manage
multiple priorities and drive
results

Proven ability to build
relationships, influence decisions
and driving results through internal
partnerships to effectively drive
processes

Strong analytical skills

Ability to accurately organize and
track complex quantitative data to
notice trends and develop
qualitative recommendations

data in a simple, business-focused
presentation format

results: well-organized with the
ability to manage multiple projects

Excellent excel/PowerPoint skills

Experience
of HR Systems – PeopleSoft, PRS etc

Minimum Education Requirements /
