Job Summary:
The
Human Resources And Training Coordinator
will interact closely with the Company
management team and with all associates
on a daily basis to ensure that all
training initiatives are being met.
He/She will also be responsible for
maintaining all human resources
documentation.

Description:
The
Human Resources And Training Coordinator will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Maintain and process all required
employment documentation including:
Personnel Files, I 9’s, W4 Tax
Filing Status, Background Checks,
Drug Screening, 8850 Forms, etc.
Manage all employee Vacation, Sick
and Holiday Pay. Track all hours and
manage process with Team Managers.
Support counseling and coaching
sessions
Schedule Monthly Orientation
meetings to tour new hires through
the campus. Complete introductions,
schedule GS orientation, focus on
mindset, culture, and vision of the
Goldman Sachs experience
Assure each new hire has completed
Port Of Call training
Manage MY Staff and MY CPM accounts
to assure all Payroll records are
accurate
Deliver the following courses on a
quarterly basis: Dealing with
Difficult Situations, Email
Communication, Phone Etiquette, and
Platinum Service
Maintain Company Core Training
calendar
Work
with District Manager, General
Manager, and Compass Trainer to plan
and execute training directives
Maintain each associate's training
portfolio
Develop specific10/10 training
sessions for the following
positions: Conference Coordinator,
Receptionist, Reservationist, Lobby
Reception and Trading Floor
Reception. Each course highlights
the top do's and don’ts on a
quarterly basis, focusing on the
Customer experience, culture, and
being proactive. Encourage role
playing and associate interaction
Work
directly with Management team on
employee recognition, counseling,
personal development plans, annual
performance reviews, and stay
interviews
Manage the HR aspect of the Monthly
GS publication, highlighting
employee recognition, training,
Platinum Service, associate
spotlight, and future special events
Produce updates pertaining to
training and communication for
Quarterly Client Meetings
Conduct CHAT Sessions monthly and
Platinum Service updates daily and
weekly
Participate in Corporate Trainings
such as team building, project
management, managing inclusion, CFE,
and CPM
Conduct weekly Platinum Service
pulse checks at random locations to
assure proper protocol is being
followed
Provide lunchtime and other
short-term coverage for members of
the Receptionist staff.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Coordinator Job
Excellent
stand–up delivery and facilitation
skills that drive key learning outcomes
and motivate application beyond the
classroom
Clear
understanding of adult learning and the
role it plays in facilitating learning
3-5 years
of corporate training experience
Customer
Service background
Ability
to create/adapt customized
training/learning programs
Good
computer skills (Power Point, Excel,
Word, Publisher)
