Human Resources Specialist - Physician
Services will perform
all or some of the following Job

Serve as
the plan administrator and provide
oversight to Company employee 401(k),
Shareholder 401(k) and cash balance
programs -
Manage/administer broker and vendor
relationships -
Advise
Company Retirement Planning Committee.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Five
(5) years benefit administration
experience

Experience using HRIS system
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,
Powerpoint)

Ability to work independently with
minimum supervision

Ability to multi-task without losing
productivity

Strong customer service,
interpersonal, verbal and written
communication skills

Ability to problem solve and work
effectively in a fast paced, team
oriented environment.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Human Resources Specialist - Physician
Services Job
Bachelors degree or equivalent
experience in Human Resources and/or
related field.
