Job Description:

The Human Resources Specialist - Physician Services will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Serve as the plan administrator and provide oversight to Company employee 401(k), Shareholder 401(k) and cash balance programs

  • Manage/administer broker and vendor relationships

  • Advise Company Retirement Planning Committee.  

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Human Resources Specialist - Physician Services Job

  • Five (5) years benefit administration experience
  • Experience using HRIS system
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to multi-task without losing productivity
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and work effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Human Resources Specialist - Physician Services Job

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources and/or related field.
