The Human
Resources Senior Manager will be
responsible for perform human resources
duties, including strategic planning,
organizational development and
effectiveness, talent management
(including talent acquisition,
retention/engagement and employee
development), facilitation,
compensation/total rewards, positive
employee relations/engagement and global
inclusion.Job

The
Human Resources Senior Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Provide
counsel and advice to management on a
broad range of human capital issues as
they relate to business processes and
strategic growth plans -
Provide
leadership for various Human Resources
projects and initiatives at the division
and corporate level -
Work
closely with HR Director and counterpart
HR Lead on collaboration between the
engineering and supply chain operations
functional groups.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Human Resources Senior Manager Job

years HR generalist experience of
increasing scope and responsibility;
preferably in Engineering or
Manufacturing environment

Ability to effectively manage
multiple priorities while leading a
team of HR generalists; minimum of 3
years supervising other exempt level
HR generalists
-
Demonstrated HR generalist
experience in the following areas:
Organizational Development, Employee
Relations, Talent Acquisition,
Talent Management,
Compensation/Total Rewards and
Change Management
-
Experience working in a close team
environment and providing project
management/leadership for various
Human Resources projects and
initiatives
-
Exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills; able to use
consulting skills to influence
positive organizational change
-
Experience with Team Facilitation,
Positive Employee Relations and
Diversity and Inclusion
-
Adaptable to working in a matrixed
environment
-
Experience working in a government
contracting environment helpful
-
Demonstrated attention to detail and
a high degree of accuracy

Strong quality commitment, customer
focus and adaptability

Effectively interact will all levels
of leadership

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Human Resources Senior Manager Job
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources,
Business Management or equivalent
PHR/SPHR Certification a plus.
