Job Summary:
The Human
Resources (HR) Relationship Leader, reporting
to the HR Relationship Leader, will
be responsible for partnering with the
business to develop and drive
implementation of HR initiatives which
are focused on driving business growth
and maximizing employee engagement
across the Company. He/She will also be
responsible for providing HR support to
the leadership of the project office.

The
Human Resources (HR) Relationship Leader will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Partner
with the HR Director and Business
Leaders within the Company to develop
and implement HR initiatives that will
meet business objectives through
improved employee performance and
productivity -
Support
Talent Development, Compensation and
Benefits, Employee Relations and
Resourcing in joint approaches to
optimize HR effectiveness across the
business -
Drive
best in class attraction, engagement and
retention strategies to ensure talent
bench strength across all Bands -
Action
feedback from leaders to improve HR
effectiveness on a continuous basis -
Ensure
continual focus on the employee
experience to build and maintain
engagement -
Support
leaders in managing the employee
experience by recognizing and managing
change as a result of the continual
evolution of the business -
Ensure
effective and timely knowledge sharing
amongst HR colleagues, seeking ways to
leverage best practice and improve the
overall impact of HR initiatives -
Raise
awareness of leaders of future emerging
trends both externally/internally and
ensure leverage across business groups
across the U.S. -
Drive and
deliver HR communications and education
programs with the business -
Ensure
key cyclical HR processes are
communicated, actioned effectively and
on time -
Provide
flexible ad hoc project support to HR
community as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Human Resources (HR) Relationship Leader Job

Excellent relationship management
and consultancy skills, proven
success of operating at senior
business level

Ability to understand business plans
and to develop impactful HR
initiatives in response to those
plans

Demonstrated ability to manage
multiple and sometimes competing
priorities
-
Strong interpersonal and influencing
without authority skills
-
Strong technical HR expertise,
particularly focused on employee
relations and talent management
-
Effective communicator, both written
and verbal able to provide specific
guidance to the business while
maintaining an environment of
collaboration and partnership
-
Ability to lead cross-functional
project teams with a proven track
record in project management and
problem solving
-
Excellent presentation skills
-
Strong attention to detail.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Human Resources (HR) Relationship Leader Job
Educated to degree level and CIPD
qualified and/or equivalent
experience.
