Description:
The
Human Resources Product Owner will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Analyze
Global HR systems and/or business
processes to identify user needs -
Recommend/Advise the product management
team on client user needs through the
analysis of market practices, client
interactions, and through understanding
of HR/Payroll business practices and
leading HR recordkeeping systems -
Define
market accepted practices and
correlating requirements with the
ability to identify operations or
process issues/improvements required to
accomplish business objectives -
Encourage
innovative ideas that are not in the
current mainstream and ability to reset
expectations as needed -
Collect
and manage Voice of the Business (VOB)
and Voice of the Customer and Market
(VOC/VOM) to consistently reinvent the
way Company approach projects and work
in general -
Review
market and competitive research, data
analysis and variability mapping and
assessment to create fact-based
recommendations for product and process
standardization -
Participate in client workshops -
Develop &
document functional and technical
release specifications -
Conduct
readiness assessments / training for
internal and client resources on the
outsourcing solutions -
Understand and document business
requirements and guide toward best
practices.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Human Resources Product Owner Job

5+
years of experience in Product
Management and Marketing in the
HR/Payroll outsourcing and
administration industry
-
Understanding and process expertise
in most of the following domains is
required:
HR business processes and data
models including localizations for
North America (including statutory &
regulatory requirements)
Integration with the Global Talent
Management solutions (Staffing,
Learning, Performance Management,
Talent Planning, Compensation
Planning)
Integration with the US Payroll and
T&A solutions
Global HR foundational components
such as person data model,
organizational structure, position
management, competencies repository

Demonstrated strength in
requirements analysis and
documentation skills
-
Experience in communicating business
requirements to technical resources
-
Strong relationship management
skills and ability to work
independently or as part of a team
-
Strong
communication (written and oral)
skills
Thorough understanding of the HR &
Payroll outsourcing business
Working knowledge of the HR/Payroll
related functions
Working experience in multinational
environments and cross cultural
organizations
Ability to design and develop
training content in a variety of
modalities (including e-learning,
web based, document, facilitator
led, performance support, etc)
Demonstrated up to date expertise in
instructional design technology,
adult learning theory, and Talent
Development Principles
Demonstrated high quality work
standards and use of eLearning best
practices
Ability to speak comfortably in
small group discussions and
presentations to larger audiences,
including front line associates and
executive.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
